Cancellation Before Shipping

- Once we confirm that the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Cancellation After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to wait for the item to be delivered and then follow our return policy for any returns.
